Attractions are close by!

Local attractions are within just a few minutes’ drive of Lone Star RV Park is Marble Falls, TX. There is an 8 screen movie theater, a very nice city park, many restaurants, shops, antique stores and Lake Marble Falls. The fishing is good in all the local lakes – with catches from Catfish, Stripers, Hybrid Stripers, White Bass, Guadalupe Bass, Sand Bass, Crappie, Perch and more.

If you like to fish and are not one of the do it yourself types, there are a number of very good local fishing guides to choose from.

Just a short drive from Marble Falls you have Lake Travis, Lake LBJ, Inks Lake, Lake Buchanan and the Colorado and Llano Rivers. All offer numerous types of water activity rentals, beautiful scenery and tons of fun. If  you don’t  have your own boat or jet ski, there are many rental companies in the area to help.

Long Horn Cavern is only a short drive away and also offers some scenic and informative hiking trails. Inks Lake State Park has ongoing activities both day and night depending on the time of year.

There are a number of music venues and dance halls and, well, a little something for everyone. Oh, and don’t miss the Hill Country Vintage Motorcycle Museum in Burnet!
